  **** If you would like to live in a subdivision but do not see one listed where you would like to live, a Retailer or Model Center Sales Consultant in that area can assist you in locating one. In most cases you will purchase the land and affix the home to the property for taxation purposes. You may select from homes on site or have the home of your choice built and installed within your chosen subdivision.

Models other than those that are listed on this web site may be available from a particular retailer. Please see retailer for floor plan availability.
• Because Cavco is a custom homebuilder your retail representative can help deliver modifications and customizations to virtually any of our floorplans. Please talk with your retailer about the design options available to you.
